This Privacy Policy explains how NG Sir (“we”, “us” or “our”) may collect, use, store and protect information when you visit ngsir.in, contact us, submit an enquiry, or discuss an educational service or institutional collaboration. It is intended to cover enquiries from students, parents/guardians, coaching institutes, education businesses and EdTech platforms.

02

Information we may collect

  • Contact information: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and preferred contact method.
  • Institutional enquiry information: institute or company name, role, exam focus (NEET/JEE), requested collaboration type, batch or student-capacity details and information you choose to include in a message.
  • Student/course information: details you voluntarily provide when asking about a course or service. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and specifically requested.
  • Technical information: basic information that may be received by the website host or security systems, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and server logs.
  • Transaction records: if a paid service is offered and you make a payment, relevant transaction, invoice and payment-status information may be processed. Payment credentials should be handled by the applicable payment provider, not collected by us unless explicitly stated.
03

How we use information

We may use the information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a requested collaboration is suitable, communicate about classes or services, prepare proposals, administer agreed services, maintain records, protect the website from misuse, comply with legal obligations and improve our communications. We will not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing where consent or another lawful basis is required and has not been obtained.

04

WhatsApp, email and other service providers

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, email, telephone or another third-party service, that provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Analytics or advertising cookies should only be used in accordance with the website’s actual configuration and applicable consent requirements. This page does not assert that a particular analytics or advertising tool is installed.

06

When information may be shared

We may share relevant information with service providers who help operate the website or deliver a service, where necessary to respond to your request, with your direction or consent, or when required by law. We do not intend to sell personal information to third parties.

07

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

08

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have provided, or to object to or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to retain certain records to meet legal, contractual or legitimate recordkeeping obligations, and we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

09

Children and guardians

Educational services may be relevant to students under 18. Where applicable, a parent or legal guardian should make enquiries or provide consent on a student’s behalf. Please do not send a child’s personal information through the website unless it is necessary for the enquiry or service.
