1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of ngsir.in and communications with NG Sir about educational services. The website provides information for students and families as well as coaching institutes, education businesses and EdTech platforms seeking online NEET/JEE Physics faculty collaboration. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it lawfully. A paid course, institutional engagement or other service may also be governed by its specific written offer, order confirmation or signed agreement.

2. Website information and enquiries

Website content is provided for general information. Submitting an enquiry or contacting us does not itself create a teacher-student relationship, reserve a class slot, confirm a booking or create an institutional collaboration. Any proposal is subject to confirmation of scope, availability, schedule, deliverables and commercial terms in writing.

3. Student and course terms

• Students and parents/guardians should review the relevant course description, eligibility, fee, schedule, language, access period and included services before paying or enrolling.
• Course-specific terms communicated at enrolment or in a written confirmation form part of the arrangement for that course.
• Class schedules, recordings, study material, tests, doubt support and access periods may differ by course or package. A feature is included only if it is stated in the applicable course details or written confirmation.
• Students must not share paid access, impersonate another learner, disrupt classes, or redistribute recordings, notes, tests or other protected material without written permission.
• For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian should supervise enrolment and payment where appropriate.

4. Institute and EdTech collaboration terms

• The partner page describes possible collaboration models for institutes and education businesses; it is not an individual student enrolment page.
• The exact package, number of batches/classes, class frequency, syllabus coverage, language, timetable, recordings, study material, tests, student capacity, doubt-support arrangements and delivery dates must be agreed in writing.
• Any prices shown on the partner page are subject to the scope and conditions displayed there and to written confirmation. Payment terms and applicable taxes are to be discussed and agreed with each institute.
• Changes to scope, timetable, batch count or student capacity may require a revised proposal, fee or schedule.
• Neither party should assume that an unlisted deliverable, service level, exclusivity arrangement or outcome guarantee is included unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Fees, taxes and payments

Fees and payment dates will be stated in the applicable course details, invoice, proposal or written agreement. Any applicable taxes will be handled as required by law and as reflected in the relevant invoice or agreement. Do not make a payment based solely on an informal message if the amount, recipient or terms are unclear; contact us to verify them.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, teaching videos, recordings, notes, tests, website text, graphics and other materials supplied by NG Sir are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may be used only for the agreed educational purpose and audience. Copying, selling, publicly uploading, redistributing or commercially reusing them without permission is not allowed. Any licence granted to an institute must be described in its written agreement.

7. Conduct and acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit knowingly false information, attempt to disrupt its operation, use another person’s contact details without authority, or use our materials in an unlawful or misleading way.

8. Schedules, changes and service interruptions

Online classes depend on reasonable availability of internet, devices and third-party platforms. If a class or service needs to be rescheduled, the applicable course terms or institutional agreement will govern the process. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes using the contact details provided.

9. No guaranteed outcomes

Educational instruction and preparation support do not guarantee a particular examination score, rank, selection, admission, business result or other outcome. Results depend on many factors beyond a teacher’s control.

10. Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform or connectivity failures. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any service-specific allocation of responsibilities should be recorded in the applicable written agreement.

11. Third-party services

Links to third-party websites, communication tools or payment services are provided for convenience. We do not control their independent terms, availability or privacy practices.

12. Complaints and communication

Questions or complaints about the website, a course or a proposed collaboration may be sent to collab@ngsir.in or raised by phone/WhatsApp at +91 91745 51535. Please provide enough information to identify the enquiry or service. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time, subject to the nature of the issue and applicable law.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

14. Updates and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms applicable to a specific paid service may also be set out in its written confirmation. These terms are subject to the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by a competent forum as determined under applicable law.
